This “UNIQUE APPROACH” was taught to us through a few tough times and a few bad decisions. But I can assure you that these bad decisions are etched in our minds forever! Although revenue and profits are extremely important for an organizations success, at FSS we do not place it as the most important. Isn’t that a “UNIQUE APPROACH”? We will, and have in the past, opt to decline particular jobs if we feel that we will not be successful at impressing our customers. Examples for declining could be not having the correct personnel for a particular task, having personnel scheduled for performance based training or the potential of not being able to make a specific required deadline. Our goal at FSS is repetitive business. Taking care of our customers better than our competitors is the key. We are also striving to offer the best products available through close relationships with our vendors and manufacture distributorships. Without quality vendors we are merely ordinary.
Our slogan says it perfectly; Professionally protecting assets and lives. This slogan states what we do on a daily basis and we instill this into all of our employees regularly. I have said this statement to our employees for years. “We are not in the air conditioning repair business. If a non-sufficient repair or service is made on an air conditioner, an uncomfortable climate can occur. If we perform a non-sufficient repair or service here at FSS, the loss of human lives can occur.” I strongly feel that there are too many people in this industry who do not realize this fact. We at FSS will always operate with this philosophy. I guarantee it.
